I think my next dog will be a King Chas. I am getting to old to handle 60+ lbs and so much hair. Need to go to something more compact!

THE QUESTION IS: How many dogs does it take to change a light bulb?
ANSWER
Golden Retriever - The sun is shining, the day is young, we've got our whole lives ahead of us and you're inside worrying about a stupid burned out bulb.
Border Collie - Just one. And then I'll replace any wiring that's not up to code.
Dachshund - You know I can't reach that stupid lamp!
Rottweiler - Make me.
Boxer - Who cares? I can still play with my squeaky toys in the dark.
Lab. - Oh, me, me!!!!!! Pleeeeeeeeeeze let me change the light bulb! Can I? Can I? Huh? Huh? Huh? Can I? Pleeeeeeze, please, please, please!
German Shepherd - I'll change it as soon as I've led these people from the dark, check to make sure I haven't missed any, and make just one more perimeter patrol to see that no one has tried to take advantage of the situation.
Jack Russell - I'll just pop it in while I'm bouncing off the walls and furniture.
Old English Sheep Dog - Light Bulb?!! I'm sorry, but I don't see a light bulb or lamp.
Cocker Spaniel - Why Change it? I can still pee on the carpet in the dark.
Chihuahua - Yo quiero Taco Bulb.
Pointer - I see it, there it is, there it is ...... right there......
Greyhound - It isn't moving..... Who cares?
Australian Shepherd - First, I'll put all the light bulbs in a little circle.
Poodle - I'll just blow in the Border Collie's ear and he'll do it. By the time he finishes rewiring the house, my nails will be dry.

Boy if my kids were still awake they'd be LOVING this show *L* It's a shame it's on so late.

This is the breed we're most partial to. That's my mom and dad's VERY spoiled 4 yr old Dobe, Shag. (Last weigh in 125lbs. See what I mean about spoiled? *L*)

Oh, I think I can guarantee you will love the King Charles. I don't know a whole lot of breeds, but I've had two blenheim cavs, and I can hardly imagine having any other breed.....with one exception. If I ever decided to go the big dog route I'd consider a Golden.
I've forgotten, what is your 60 pounder?
To: Severa
The working dogs were already on, Newfoundland took first, Doberman 2nd. More tomorrow though. Maybe tape it for them.

67 lbs of Collie. I want to stick with great temperament like Collies - hence, Cav should be the ticket!

Is there a standard for decorations? The Maltese is wearing something on it's head.
To: Indy Pendance
ROFL! Those are fab....
To: Severa
Now you went and started it:)

I don't need to walk around no stinkin' ring mom, PULEEZE

Those Cavaliers are adorable!
My dog park friend has a black & tan
they are small dogs that can hang with the big dogs, I love the Rubies, but then I am partial to red dogs
