Oh, absolutely from the viewpoint of a typical 12-20 yr old; I would agree 100%. These kids probably see boobs on cable TV, in most movies they rent; and think it was pretty darn cool.
However, the typical 12-20 yr old is NOT raising a family with impressionable children around. The Superbowl tends to be a family based viewing habit in many families; thus the opinions of 12-20yr olds should be taken with the same weight as their statistics would make up in the overall viewing audience.
I think they are a 'cherry picked' minority by CBS to make their error in judgement appear in the best possible light.

Agreed. We need more parents to be "parents" and not "cool friends". Why are so many "good" movies rated PG-13, R, NC-17, etc??? "I wanna see them!!!" < /sarcasm >
