What's worse, I ride a scoot and I live in Garland. These cops deserved to be fired. The chief of police said they were fired not only over the incident itself but because of the blatant lies to cover it up. Seems the officers either weren't aware, or had simply forgotten that the camera in the other patrol car caught the whole thing.
