I don't get it. What do you do if someone comes up positive for 2nd hand smoke? Kill them?

Yup. I see this "technology" being used as a rationale to ban smoking in the outdoors, parks, etc.

Well no, If someone comes up positive for SHS they should kill themselves because as we all know SHS is more deadly than Plutonium so if they are exposed they are going to die anyhow.
