It goes between muddy and snowy....with the occasional day to hint that it will eventually get better. Today it didn't go above freezing, and it snowed.

But there is good news today.....both Kerry and the barometer are falling.....so it seems sunnier.

I am a proponent of global warming and want everyone to pollute as much as possible so I can enjoy March here......../>sarcasm

Isn't it? My husband lost his Aunt that same way in NH. They had that kind of pond for the cattle and she fell in and she couldn't get out because of the plastic liner, and kept slipping back in and just got too tired.. Her husband, Al's Uncle found her too late.

What I don't understand is why Comet don't slow down my computer it must be something else!

There other types of programs that hide in the computer and hard to locate. I had that experience and all the time it keep say comet I finally had to do a Qucik Restore where I strip the whole hard drive like new and started over the troube left!

Now all I have on my tool bar is MyYahoo, Hotbar, Comet Dictionary (no cursor) Comet aka Starware!

I have no trouble with trojan or backdoor parasites!

I also put AntVirus to protect me from these intruders!

We always used to double lock the gate to our swimming pool in the last house because my kids were small when we moved in there and then we still had it when I had the grandsons. I was always petrified that one of them would slip and fall under the solar blanket. You wouldn't even be able to see them till you took the blanket off. What an awful way to die, struggling to get out from under water and being held there by a current or a solar blanket.

Finally ... SUCCESS !!!

I manage to fine other buggers on my computer but I couldn't get rid of the comet thingy

So Mike tried .. it took him 2 hours to track it down but IT'S GONE!!!!

What I don't understand is why Comet don't slow down my computer it must be something else!

Well since I found 59 other buggers besides the Comet thingy .. that may have contribute to the slowness of my computer

I have been having the slowness problem for a while .. it was so bad it reminded me of when I was back on dial up

I thought I had everything covered .. I have zone alarm .. Norton and various other stuff to do scans and clean things up .. but somehow it didn't stop them all

But then .. the girls are know to shut down the zone alarm when going into a couple of sites .. so that's probably how it got on my computer

BTW .. that free trial version of bullet proof software I linked above worked pretty good in getting stuff off if you want to try it
