You have to go to www.johntitor.com to read the posts. I read all the postings and I must say, He spins a good yarn. I was suprised when a freep search came up empty.

A pity that our time traveller apparently didn't know about Google. He could have made his story much more believable by leaving a few "facts" that can be independently researched and proven with a Google timestamp.

Fascinating! It reminds me of the Caltech professor I heard last nite on Phil Hendry's show describing how dilithium crystal research has now put America on the brink of faster-than-light space travel. It's just a matter of a couple of years now he said. I think it's fascinating that Gene Rodenberry predicted FTL so long ago!

I read his posts some time ago. I believe he predicted a second American civil war would break out in 2004. I could see this happening if the socialists don't get back in power in the November elections. Several whacko environmental cultists have already issued declarations of war against free enterprise and private property.
(Right now we're in the early stages of World War III. We are the navy to Earth First!'s army. It's the war to save the planet. This kind of action will be getting stronger. The environmental movement doesn't have many deserters and has a high level of recruitment. Eventually there will be open war. - Paul Watson, Sierra Club board of directors)
I wouldn't put it past the savages in the eco-fascist cult to bomb a large corporation or start sniping at soccer moms in their SUVs.
We shall see....
