Battlestar was fun :) Did you see the pilot of the new series on the SciFi Channel? I thought it was pretty good. I guess they will be making more episodes later.

I don't know if this is how Jen did it, but one way a friend of mine did it was to start a YahooGroup and invite fellow fans to sign up.

I was into fanfic four years ago, when I was sixteen. At the time I posted to a site called fanfiction.net - it was the best then. It's gone downhill since, I understand, but at the time you could sign up, post your stories, get reviewed... it was organized into sections and pretty navigable.
Unfortunately it was overrun by thirteen year old girls in 2001...
I did a little Trek fic. Mostly, though, it was Harry Potter fandom... I have had ideas for LotR fanfiction but I quash those as heresy. I mean, that would be something like Bible fanfic, to me.
