I hated "Grapes of Wrath". That's actually the only Steinbeck novel I've read.

Actually, come to think of it, I dislike most Great American Writers. Twain is an exception... I like the dead English guys, all the way back to Beowulf...

I love the dead english guys, John Donne, Death be not proud, and For whom the Bell tolls (not to be confussed with Hemingway) are some of my favorites, I also like Ben Johnson, and of course Shakespear
