Interesting post, but this author person is a little confused. For one thing, he uses "epilogue" where he means "monologue"; for another, I don't have a clue what he's try to say half the time.

Nothing, really. I am not sure there is a real bonafide source for these 'ideas' about what might be included. Just grist for the mill...
