I picked a lousy day to cut down on the carbs! LOLI don't like most of the cookies from the company the Girl Scouts are using as much as the ones from the previous company, but I DO love their Animal Treasures. They are shortbread cookies (lembas) with a chocolate bottom. YUM stuff!

hmmm, Girl Scout cookies! I used to be a girl scout counselor. We got all the cookies we wanted. It was a perk.
