It's only about 4-5 miles. Wife and I go there...my old High School stomping grounds. Easy drive along City boulevards. Actually, it is something we should definitely do when you're here. A bit of old town "culture". Low style culture, but nonetheless. It's a historical experience. There really isn't good Mexican here...nothing to even slightly compare to Tex-Mex. So, yeah, we'll do the Frisco Freeze and E-9 for the best microbrews in the universe.
