It's a pretty basic dough...then you hafta roll it out and bake it. In theory, you wait until it puffs a bit and then turn it. I don't think it's that hard, if you get it right.

I'll let you know tomorrow! The hardest part for me is going to be baking them, as I only have one cooky sheet and it'll take time to do them a few at a time.

Is there such a thing as pita mix for breadmakers or do you have to make it in the oven like that?
