This is the guy that I sent the pennywhistle and celtic music to when he was in Iraq. He came home for a while, but now he's doing some kind of special training in Georgia. Since it's "in country", I'm actually baking the cookies. Care packages going overseas get items that might have preservatives in them.

I've been told that the guys overseas still love to get the homebaked items even if they are old. Right now though it's taking less time for packages to get over there than it was. I would bake and send.... if I didn't detest it so much!
Wish I could get bread there... I like baking it. But, there's no way on that. Would mold.
