I didn't know that, but I just looked it up and you remember correctly! :) C3PO was played by Anthony Daniels, and a search confirms that Anthony Daniels did the voice of Legolas :) Interesting--thanks for the info! BTW after Star Wars Mark Hamill also went into cartoon voices in a big way:
