If it's too big to scan, if you have a digital camera you might take a picture of it and then convert the picture into jpg format with Photoshop (under the "Image" menu if you do "Resize: Image Size" you can change both the size and the format, I believe--had to do this recently with something I was working on).

The only digital camera I might POSSIBLY have access to is my father's.
And he acts as if it's gold plated.
