The Hobbit Hole VI - And Whither Then? I Cannot Say...
Posted on 01/31/2004 9:52:08 AM PST by ecurbh
Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
And Whither Then? I Cannot Say...
The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.

Short attention span for some stuff. I had to go get munchies.

No - she is expected around 6:30.
Ian is complimenting our film now.

The whole intro was fabulous.I've always liked Billy Crystal since his SNL days. Best part was squishing Michael Moore :) The LotR references in his song were also pretty funny.

Evening All; the Intro was a great; he did a great job on that; but I doubt we'll be back on to it again. Still glad we saw that. Here's to Rings getting their rewards.
Back from our family visit, glad we went down. Still a bit stiff but a walk helped that. Flint Hills got a nice rain, they should be burning soon. OT-that is worth the drive down to see, especially at night.
Going to check on the bow & arrow boards and see what the others have been up to. Several 'build on line' bows being made. Fascinating to what other's solutions can be brought to bear on a relaciterant stave.

I just love Alan Lee.I read his book Fairies recently. His art style is very haunting.

That was back before the days of the Internet--I hope being able to read FR online helps!FR is great, util it starts to peter out about 3AM. Having MP3s on my hard drive also helps a lot. That, and avoiding any catastrophe until other start arriving at 6AM.
BTW, how are we doing at the oscars?
