I love Rush, but you're right, it is a cult, at least here. If the mind control crap has to go, I sure hope Rush's own Larry Klayman goes too.

Comparing RL to Christ is extremely offensive. Dittos. I love Rush but the analogy is over the top. I loved Reagan but he wasn't fit to be an elder in my church. Neither is Rush (and neither am I for that matter).
Rush isn't paying for the sins of mankind. His sins are purely his own and his torment wouldn't exist had he not succumbed to them. It makes him human, not God.
