As long as we don't get put back in chat, I'm okay with it. Thread 3 AQ threats to NY/WA/LA would shorten the heading and keep the thread name intact. I agree, a little more comment from the long-timers would be respectful.

I saw the "pardon". Covering the guy with gasoline and lighting it wouldn't undo the damage. Perhaps a "pardon" falls in the same category as incarcerating a child molester in a prison and telling the inmates about his crime.

Add to that virtually no human rights - executions to anyone even thinking Christianity and we're going there for Olympics one of these days soon. Dare to dissent in China and you die. I shudder every time I turn products over and see they are made in China. Heaven knows what top secrets their spy carried back to them from New Mexico with no punishment at all (a real legacy for Mr. Clinton). Immigration loopholes? They are larger than loopholes. They are loop-craters.

I was surprised by thread three. I agree, no one can hijack the title of this thread. I saw 3 and read it, copied link into an email and when I returned it was no longer available. I thought it was sanctioned by this thread! It was a decent synopsis of what we really face. I do not fear alkeada.

OK...Not quite gone yet. That writter is the one who wrote the the .pdf script about blowing up America, killing the presidents, and establishing Muslem rule of America. Or at least his name is on the script, and if you visit his webpage he does have such password protected scripts. And sounds a bit anti US as well judging from the article links on there home page.

This is not imho a violation of opsec, it is based upon the initial call from the individual we have noted. OPDEC means OPerational DECeption. How is NEIN's revealing this information a breach of OPDEC?

It isn't. It was "leaked" to us intentionally.

With all due respect, I have devoted my entire life since 1978 to my oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States. In February of that year I swore the oath and have lived by its every syllable ever since.

The information we recieved was and is an INTENTIONAL LEAK. The reason for it is obvious. As to the question of why we recieved this info, I suggest you read the section about our succeses and who we provide information to at the federal level. You will find this in our operational statement.

Leaking info on Osama bin Laden's capture is not hurting anyone except alQaeda.
