Saw Kordell play when da Bears were at Lambeau and it still does amaze me how he mangaed to stay in the league at QB all these years. He would have flashes of brilliance at times, which I suppose kept the Steelers on the winning side. But I always thought that the one thing which really hurt Pittsburg was losing Neil O'Donnell after SB XXX. One might have seen a Steelers-Packers SB instead. Two old NFL teams locked head to head. That would have been great regardless of the outcome.

Stewart made it in Pitt because it's a running team that had a great run defense (1st or 2nd in the league against the run every season Stewart was there, it's easy to keep the other team on their heals when they can run). I still curse O'Donnell and wish him nothing but pain, he only hit one guy on the numbers all day and that guy was wearing the wrong uniform... and O'Donnell hit him on the numbers TWICE. That SB game was painful, we still came close to winning which again shows how Pitt kept going on Stewart's reign of terror.
