Wisconsin is dotted with Rhinelander's at about 80% of the state. When trying to explain Wisconsin to my relatives, I send them my copy of "Escanaba in Da Moonlight".

Pasty's YUCK? I am a pasty SNOB. There are great ones and there are terrible ones. You'd love my mom's recipe. Hers are by far the best. She uses a "secret" ingredient which makes them totally unique from any other.
