Oh wow! Thanks! I have to give credit for the "progress report" to SamAdams76. It was fascinating and inspiring to watch his progress report show how he dropped 100 pounds in roughly 8 months through his "normal carbing." (As a note, I've had the flu the last few days so the weight went up slightly.) :o)
