Heavenly Father, we return to give You thanks that the sorrow of this life cannot compare with the joy of the life to come. We praise You, O Lord, that He who has the Son, has life. The shadow of death seems to be upon Debbie, but You, O Lord, can lift this showdown from her, and I pray that You would do so. Strengthen her body today, as she was strengthened yesterday ... may it be that she be restored unto her family. Let not any manner of treatment be overlooked in her care .. give wisdom and direction to those tending her, for great is their responsibility.

God of Comfort, surround this family with the beauty of Your presence ... bind up their hearts, in the Name of Jesus, I pray, Amen ...

So very sorry to hear the sad news, Amelia. I hope the family doesn't have to make that decision too. I honestly don't know if I could do it, if it was one of my loved ones. Yes...it would be indescribably painful.

I just pray for God's providence to surround them, and Debbie. He knows all things, and He knows what is best in this situation. I pray that He blesses them with whatever is best for all of them, and if there is any way in accordance with His will, I pray that Debbie can overcome this and have more time to spend with her loved ones. May He also grant them that special strength, comfort, and peace that only He can give in times like this.

My last update on this...a quick note to tell you all that Debbie went to be with the Lord today, and thank you all so much for your prayers and concern.

Those of us who knew her and loved her will miss her terribly, but now she's in a better place, and will have a new body that isn't crippled and painful like the old one.

Thanks again, and to God be the glory.

But you're right; for Debbie, there couldn't be a better outcome. She is with God.

I'm so sorry for her family and friends, Amelia. But as has been said here, Debbie is now comforted in the love and glory of Jesus. What more could a person want?

I will keep the family in prayer as their suffering surely goes on and they ask themselves "why"?

We don't have that answer, but we do know that Jesus is their Rock now and He will keep His angels close to bring this family through this time.

Dear Amelia,

So very sorry to hear about Debbie's passing.

Healing from The Lord does not always mean what we think or want it to be, for often times HE Heals us by Taking us Home to Heaven to be with Him.

I Pray for Debbie's Family and Friends GOD'S Comfort, Grace and Abiding Peace, His Shalom to rest upon all of them.

Debbie has Graduated, she is Now sitting at the Precious Feet of The Lamb of GOD, our LORD Jesus.

And for Believers there is No better place to be!

Verses 4 and 6...tell us how much The LORD Loves us even to the point of death:
