Please read this article and tell me if the following sounds true:
Three officials said no prisoners were taken.
Airstip was captured but not used.
No release of casualties.
Twice it was stated that no Taliban leaders were found.
Other parts of the mission were not discussed.
How would this story have been written if Osama HAD been captured?
TOPICS: Chit/Chat; Conspiracy; Military/Veterans; Weird Stuff
KEYWORDS: intelegence; paratroops
I think we captured Osama in this raid. Soon after this raid the US courts were asked to rule on the legality of secret military tribunals for POWs.

Perhaps because this raid took place before the Tora Bora campaign where he was ascertained to have escaped sometime during the first 10 days of December?Google Bin Ladin/Tora Bora

Is it possible that this was mis-information, he was never there having been captured previously. There have many 'sightings' in 2 years. I suggest it is all planted info. to keep them confused.

There is absolutely no gain to be made for hiding Bin Ladin's capture in October of 2001.
Sounds like a what if proposal with nothing to base it on.Some people think he died in Tora Bora, the official deduction is that he escaped.
Having a boring day?LOL
