I used TaxCut last year and will likely use it this coming year as well. The don't have spyware or the activation crap that they other big programs do. In fact, it was the issue over activation that pushed me to TaxCut in the first place.

I'm using the Wife 3.0 software. Not always accurate but the ware is always soft, and three weeks a month user friendly.

Turbo Tax, then I efile it. Get the dough back in less than a week.

TurboTax will not have the spyware this time and will be installable on multiple computers again (which is exactly what I want), so I'm staying with it.

Well, for me, my hubby makes enough, or I should say, doesnt make enough -Gotta love the Army, that we still qualify to do the efile for free online so Im going with that again.

I'm sticking with Turbo Tax so far. Intuit publicly admitted it's error with last year's protection mechanism and has dropped it.
