VIRGINIA IS RAISING THE TAXES 2.5 CENTS, AND THEN THE VIRGINIA CITIES CAN TACK ON ANOTHER .50 CENTS. TO PREVENT THE TEENS FROM SMOKING. Ah..........common! Aren't we a little sick and tired of "It's for the children??"

This just goes to remind me to bring plenty of my own smokes to CPAC. Don't dare buy a pack there. I remember from two years ago. I was shocked at the price of a pack at the hotel.
