No problem, don't mention it.

I thought it was an especially good point about how the aid given by the international community bought time for the North Koreans to work on their military. Clinton's appeasement in '93 and the continuing food and energy supplies we've given them was essentially for nothing. We have allowed North Korea to do what they couldn't do themselves, which is simultaneously sustain their vast military, and feed their people .

Throughout the history of the US vs communism, you'll see that we put on a great show to convince the world that we are against that evil enitity, but we never play the game to actually win. Every direct confrontation with communists was fought in a half hearted way, ending in a draw.

It is no secret that past US administrations were thoroughly infiltrated by communist sypathizers and agents, manipulating the fight so that it dragged on, the bodies piled up, and Americans grew weary of the war and were happy with calling it a draw. So far as I can see, no effort was really made to root these agents out, therefore it is reasonable to suspect that nothing has changed, and that the current administration is similarly inflicted. One can therefore also assume that no matter what North Korea does, it will only meet half hearted resistence from the US; just enough to make the sleepy masses believe that we are still champions of freedom.

The sad truth is that the American people as a whole, do not have the will to fight communism. In fact they embrace it now, just under different titles. Here, it is called Social Security, Medicaid, Prescritpion Drug Benefit, and a host of other fancy sounding names, but it is communism none the less.

Even here at "Free Republic", communism is praised quite frequently, and often defended to the bitter end, by so called conservatives.

If you're hoping for serious help from the USA, you're looking in the wrong direction. The communists have already won the war here. They're in the mop up stages now...
