ESKISEHIR, Turkey - A disgruntled father has complained to the European Court of Human Rights after a doctor allegedly botched his 11-year-old son's circumcision. Seyfettin Aydinoglu said the four doctors who carried out the operation, which is required by Islam, were drunk at the time and chopped off part of his penis instead of removing only the foreskin. The hospital denied the accusation, saying the boy's penis was deformed years ago when he fell into a well. THAT's gonna' leave a mark!
