The ACLU gets its money from a variety of sources.
If you are interested in a particular company, a public company would have to disclose who they give money to, and would be in annual reports.
The ACLU claims a base of 400,000 members (they pay minimum $20 to belong), with perhaps several hundred higher-level big donors. They also get money like this:

NEW YORK - Readers poring through the classified ads looking for a job, a used car or a new home will find that the American Civil Liberties Union has got something it wants to sell them: itself.

NEW YORK--In a display of substantial confidence in and dedication to key areas of the American Civil Liberties Union's program, the Ford Foundation has contributed $7 million to its endowment fund, the Trust for the Bill of Rights, the largest gift the ACLU has received to date.

REDMOND, Wash. -- Sept. 6, 2000 - Microsoft Corp. today announced the donation of $7 million in software to nine national nonprofit organizations. Microsoft Technology Leadership Grants ($828,000 of this to the ACLU).
In 2001 alone, the Packard Foundation has given almost $8 million to pro-abortion causes: including giving the ACLU $1.6 million to fight pro-life laws in state legislatures.

The ACLU also encourages donating thru the workplace via payroll deduction to charity groups (which includes them).

Suffice it to say, the ACLU has alot of money.
