I sort of love the fact that Michael Moore, Barbra Streisand, and Al Franken are the intellectual "giants" of the left today.

Amen to that! Just remember, to be a liberal, they don't need to use whatever intellect they have (not to mention courage,) just their emotions. Conservatism, on the other hand, requires conscious thought and the courage to stay the course when confronted by unthinking automatons saying "Bush lied! More taxes! No war for oil!" and more.

Bottom line, Babs, Michael Moore, Al Franken, Algore, et al keep hanging themselves with the rope we hand them...why should we stop them?
