Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Where Many Paths and Errands Meet...
The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.

AHhh.
I'll probably have to hoist the Jelly robert then.
Or at least request that when the local vid rental gets it back in that they give me a ring.

Wait a sec... is it a blood pudding sort of thing? No darlin'. No blood required. Heavy whipping cream, half and half and milk mostly. Some flour, sugar and then whatever you want to add for extra in the pudding. My 2 friends in Norway add dried fruits. The guy that taught me to make it added rice, some raisins and a few nuts. That added stuff is kinda a personal choice.

Lots of stuff for the discriminating female viewer to geek out on, too... watched X2 with my little sister, the one who has the same taste in guys as me, so we were appreciating the same scenes...

Okay, so what's my likely problem if I have static in one speaker while playing a DVD? I don't seem to have it on other applications.

Rubbing it in, eh?

I don't know what kind of bad juju I have but I have never been able to keep a vaccuum cleaner very long without either busting it or letting the smoke out. Over the last 25 years this has become a running joke amongst my kids and friends. It's VEY spooky.

Feelin' at home now are ya? LOL
To: Deb
O. did look especially yummy. I know he did... My lord, I am beginning to think he is a special effect.
I try not to think about it.

Not me. I don't drink stuff like that anymore. I get someone else to do it for me. :-)
To: Corin Stormhands
Ah... good choice.
Have you seen the "Hands on History" series with the History channel? He did one at the Maker's Mark distillery. It was a great show.

Same 'Bad Mortah' that I have with technology.
I am told I have a special death touch with the tech there.
So far I haven't been able to get a vac to toss flame, but it has shot smoke out..
Sparks flying are a common occurance.
Recently had a monitor blow up in front of me. (New, 6 months old.)
It buzzed, and then blew yellow and blue sparks out the top grill with the accompanying blue electronic smoke.
I think that's the fastest I've unplugged a monitor and moved it yet.

Didn't help. I disconnected and reconnected too.
To: Wneighbor
Too adventurous.
If he was real, he'd kill me.

I don't drink either...but when I did, I loved whiskey. The sad thing is, I never could afford and never got to taste a really fine whiskey. Royal Crown was the best I ever tasted. Usually just drank Canadian Mist.
I also never tasted a really fine champagne...and always wanted to.

No. Didn't see that.
Did discover I've also got an upopened bottle of Crown Royal in the cabinet...
To: Wneighbor
*chuckle*
Honestly, I can't drink.
I'm one of those people that metabolises the stuff weirdly.
So, in short, I shouldn't drink because it takes more of the stuff to have the same effect.
Comes down to "why bother" then.
*sigh*
