Glad you read that Hitchens article. I hate to go to a liberal for exoneration of my own beliefs. It is nice to see one agree with me, once in a while.

That is, it's nice to run into an honest liberal. Hitchens, outside of his politics, is very, very smart. His book reviews in the Atlantic Monthly are always interesting. Not always right, but always interesting. That's far better than most.

Hitchens is smart, that's for sure, and even when I don't agree with him, there's something likable about him....but when he talks about Mother Theresa. Lookout! The venom flies.
