Nice! Now put it away until she's older. Get her a baby she can cuddle...that's what she deserves.

If you give it to her now, it will end up chewed on, staying naked and missing extremities. Save it till she's about 6. ;-)

Congrats...mine will be 10.5 months on Christmas!...she was born 2/15. I was in the city that day rallying with a bunch of Freepers at the UN and had to leave to get home quickly as my wife went into labor!!

Does the doll come with a minature cigarette and glass of Chardonnay? (Not that there's anything wrong with that!)

Kids are great. That doll will make a big impression.
My 11 year old son was in the TV room laughing like crazy tonight. I went in to see what he was up to. Suprisingly, he was watching Hardball tonight with Chris Mathews interviewing Clark. He was pretending to be the Sci Fi theater guys. They're a group of 3 wise guys (2 are robots) who were imprisoned in space and forced to watch really bad (stupid) scare movies. They spend a whole hour making smart remarks about the movie. My son was doing that to the Clark interview!
I asked him why he chose that, and he said "the guy was really kinda dumb " so he was having fun with it.
Does he have a great nose for politics, or what? LOL.
Your daughter will learn from a good teacher, Dad. Good job!

Hey, every cat needs one.
Turn on Looney Tunes. I'm willing to bet your cat will get a kick out of Road Runner on that baby!

Got one for each of my nieces. My brother will be just fine with it for his daughter. My sister-in-law will just go nuts (as will her LIBERAL mother-in-law)!

My nine-year-old junior commando is getting his special requests: a Stonewall Jackson GI Joe doll and a George Bush-in-flight-suit doll. I asked him which one he wanted and he was in desperation and misery trying to make a choice. I couldn't deny either doll to such a patriotic child so he's getting both, even though the Jackson doll is hideously expensive.

My daughter, fifteen, is a splendid little Republican and joined the Jr. ROTC so she could learn to shoot and make a stand in her school against liberals. I was so proud of her demonstrating for the war and Mr. Bush this past spring. Then at Halloween she really did me proud by going out at 2 in the morning to dismantle a Halloween display which featured a severed, bloody, and disgustingly defiled head of the president on a stake. Her reward? She's being given her own NRA membership and a .22 rifle that belonged to my grandpa. (Of course, she wanted a thirty thousand dollar 18-hand Mecklenburg show jumper, but you can't have everything, and I hope the little gun and membership will please her.)

No biggie...that's what will happen to Laz's doll, too. :)
