Here's the point (again, as if I think you'll ever really understand it). Don't see the movie if you don't want to. We don't care.

But don't you dare question our patriotism because we will see it (many, many times), and because we're smart enought and mature enough to understand that Viggo is an actor, playing a role. And yes, he's a political idiot.

But we won't discount the most incredible work of film in cinematic history because of one idiot.

And as I see, you are the relative newcomer here to FR. Throwing around words like DU troll in our crowd are fighting words and like true patriots we defend one another. You sit in judgement on those you know not.

Many of the posts on this thread have elaborated on the good that has already come from these films and as of yet, you have responded to none of that. Thus we are led to believe that you sir, do not care about the welfare of our nation at large.

Your interest seems to be a singular focus on attacking individuals who don't tow the line of your thought. That is most un-American.

Having known the people for a lengthy time to whom you are attaching your insult, I would have to say, you are the one who is indeed the "troll." And as far as I can see. That is a compliment to you. And apologies are more than "if-then" statements.

We took you seriously, and explained why boycotting this film is not in the best interests of conservatives, us in particular..... So that you would know, and so would the readers of the thread.

You have answered none of our points, and you have proven all on your own that you are not to be taken seriously.

But before you called us DU trolls, had you considered looking at some of our home page info, our member since dates? See, it is kind of easy to spot a DU troll. They don't last long here, well, usually not, and they don't love this country as do we good christian, patriotic American types. You might use that info next time you start labeling people, just because they disagree with you. which, frankly, cause me to question your motives here.

We have each made small advances in conservative causes in our own right and as a group have become large supporters of both the Bush administration and the soldiers in Afghanistan and Iraq. We have many testimonies to this effect within just those that you mistook for the enemy.
