Don't be so sure, Mo. My four-pound kitty was very helpful in teaching my Irish setter the rules of the house (cat rules, that is) and implementing them with strict observance.
When Miss Kitty was locked out, the dog begged me to let her tormentor in. . When Kitty was sick, the dog never left her side. (Except of course to eat a whole coffee cake from the kitchen table while Kitty was disabled.)
