I think the courts should be more careful when they take their decisions. For instance, if a parent has had a previous case for visitation or any other violation to any agreement, and the judge has warned the parent for at least three times, the judge should order a psychological evaluation to parents, STEP-PARENTS AND CHILD/DREN and increase the visitation to the noncustodial parent, to avoid Parental Alienation.
JUST A THOUGHT!!!!
I think that once the custodial parent has remarried, he/she should be involved in evaluations,subpoenas, court orders, etc., since they play a very important role in the child's life. And they should understand why is so important to the child's development, to maintain a good relation between child and NCP.
