Ok, I'll tell you a mild one then....no harm, no foul.

About fifteen years ago, our crew was setting trusses (big roof components) on a job with a crane. Fool employer that I am, I always do the dangerous stuff. The crane would hold these in the center peak with a strap, one guy was on one end and walked on top of walls that were only eight feet tall. I walked on the exterior wall holding the other end of the truss. The fall was twenty feet, while walking on a 4 inch wide wall, like a balance beam twenty foot high.

The guy on the safe end tripped, jumped off, sending the truss into a spin and knocked me off the wall. It was a fun moment.
