We recently started the MSM regimin: too soon to tell anything, but we're not at the 8000mg dose either. Yikes.

Well I was taking 4000 mgm until I gave my sister a perm before she went to Mexico last winter. I could NOT believe how long and thick her hair was. I then doubled my dose. It's not an overnight thing but it works. I also read a book on it written by the medical doctors that discovered it. If you don't take it with food tho, it'll make you feel like hurling.
