I have just received this from Road Runner cable about my email. They have been refusing to send or deliver mail sporadically now for over a week.
I don't understand this message. I am being told that I have to store all my mail on my computer? I thought my mail was on my computer and not being held by my server. Does anyone know what the heck is going on here? It has never happened before and I just don't get it.
I am going to call them, but was curious if anyone had this problem or knew what they were doing?
I have cable at home, and have never had to touch or delete or move my emails to a folder on my computer.

It sounds like you or they or Cthulhu has toggled an option to store a copy of your email on the server.
I have had this problem with mail on other sites, but not on Roadrunner.
I have found Roadrunner tech support to be well trained and polite. I suggest you call them for an explanation, and have them delete everything on the server and reset it to delete everything once it is sent on to your machine.
