Is this the new math? You seem to have forgotten "last decade" bowl losses to Texas A&M (1995) (22-20), Alabama (1996) (17-14) and Tennessee (2001) (45-17).
I will not point out that those are southern teams. Be very afraid ...
It's a typo thing. 70% not 80.
Everyone knows, it's Mo's fault. oops....heheheh
However, now that you mention it, I looked it up.....it's actually very true. Let's check the record:
1993 Michigan d Washington
1994 Michigan d North Carolina State
1995 Michigan d Colorado State
1996 A&M d Michigan
1997 Alabama d Michigan
1998 Michigan d Washington State....and are National Champions particularly against any southern schools
1999 Michigan d Arkansas
2000 Michigan d Alabama
2001 Michigan d Auburn
2002 Tennessee d Michigan
2003 Michigan d Floriduh
2004 Michigan d any dumb Southern dawg or tiger school that is unfortunate enough to play them. So it's actually 5 wins and 3 losses to southern schools in the above years. Given those years quoted Michigan is 8wins 3losses, soon to be 9 and 3.....which is 72% for now......... and 75% on January 1, which easily rounds up to 80%.
So even though there was a typo, it was right.....my computer knew the truth.
Be more afraid than ever!
