Well, I had wanted to plant monkshood, foxglove, nightshade, and other fun plants that would send someone on a one way trip should tehy be stupid enough to chew on them.

Afternoon grannie. I did download that ilead photo editor again and got the instructions this time. I scanned some pics and got some lovely ones that I am framing. But, oh boy, you were right...what a memory hog. Anyway, thanks for the info.
To: Professional Engineer
Potatos actually.
They have a neat reddish flower to them.
Potatos are the ONLY member of the nightshade family that you can eat.

Why are we at the speed of molasses today on this thread?
To: Conservababe
Don't know.
Everyone seems ot be drifting in and out of here.
Other threads are slamming along.
Hmm..

No, I don't mean the number of posts, but the time to refresh the thread? Yes, I am having no problem on other FR threads. Could we have a really slow graphic causing the problem?
To: Conservababe
Well, that too.
Some of the threads are extremely slow loading, and others are okay.
And then everything is fine.
Might be net traffic between you, I, and the FR server
Or server internal traffic.
Either way, we experience slowdowns.

I think tomatoes are also in the nightshade family - solanaceae. People used to think they were poisonous, and didn't eat them.

Not sure.
Nightshades and associated members are usually tubers.
