Good morning. It's too early to be up. We had the three little grandkids over to spend the night. They brought their sleeping bags and we camped out in the living room. I slept in the camper (sofa), though. I made a ring of rocks, then built a fire out of sticks and red tissue paper. With a flashlight inside and the lights out, it looked pretty realistic. They wanted to hear ghost stories. I had just gotten into one, when they began screaching to turn the lights on. LOL
They woke early wanting their breakfast. One wanted toaster waffles, one wanted oatmeal and one wanted bacon and eggs. And, of course, I cooked them all.
It is sleeting and icy this morning. I just hope their mother can get over here to pick them up. If they're stuck here all day, you can just label me tired. LOL

Dennis has lost his mind. Good grief.
Thanks for the linkage, Mo.

LOL, well, since I'm cooking...how about a nice Eggs Benedict. I make a mean one. But, you had better hurry as the lights are flickering off and on. Our electric company does not tolerate ice storms well. It looks like a winter wonderland outside already.

Yikes!
At the grocery today was a fresh shipment of beautiful Boston ferns for sale...I guess they're gambling that spring has arrived in CenTex.
I guess they don't remember that our latest freezing day was 3 April 1987.
You guys stay warm, and good luck with the utilities.

Sometimes it's my fault.
And, well.. *cough* I'm an advocate of the 2nd Amendment interpretation of: When it was written teh onlything available WERE military weapons, considering guns did double duty as such then. Thus, in it's wording, the 2nd Amendment means that every citizen should be allowed to have an M249 SAW, be well versed in it's uses, be able to field strip it, clean it, and maintain it. It should be mandatory to do so.
Of course, I'm also an advocate of every citizen knowing how to defend this country.
Wonder where that puts me in that spectrum...

It's absolutely gorgeous here. I just got back from a walk in my jeans and tank top.

Wonder where that puts me in that spectrum...Picture a bell curve. Picture the tails on each side, left and right. You are probably clear over on the right, with me. As to spectrums and classifications, I have some trouble with that. I've taken a couple of those "political" tests, and it turns out that I'm quite libertarian, with some tiny bits of the right thrown in. Which makes it a real problem for me living in California...

Oh, I don't know. My grandmother always used to say...don't envy folks in big houses because they spend all their time cleaning it. LOL
So what is the temp your way?
To: .38sw
