No question about it.....this is a risky bet, one you will probably win.

Remember....8 points for a grovel poem.

I await your brand new poetic creation with fear and trembling.

Loserer! And loserist!

:-)

Seems so!! When he opened it you'd have thought he got a pot of gold. Sheesh. Such lunacy.

I will also post to you sometime before the game and tell you the story line on Michigan's side.

Hint: They're good enough that you should worry......unlikely that this will be a cakewalk for #1.

I'm sorry to hear about Linda's mom. I hope she will come around okay. I'm sure she was pretty shaken up.

I've never seen her so out of it.....

This is a very tough 85 year old, normally very healthy lady, who just finished caring for her husband 24/7 for several years. We are plying her(no Swervie comments now!) with a muscle relaxer and hoping this will make a change. If not, tomorrow we head back to the Doc.

I think Linda will need as much help this week as her Mom.....ifyaknowhutImean......business tomorrow morning will not wait, our third son and girlfriend arrive here Tuesday so we can drive up and go ski.

This will be interesting......

Speaking of kitties, check out this site if you never have. There are some GREAT pictures. After you open the page, click on the different letters for the cat pics. They show up in a column at the left that you can enlarge, and they have captions. Fun site. I submitted pictures of Nermal and of Budge's Annie and Dammit. I don't know if they'll get posted, but they should because they're good pictures. CG, you will love this site.

My cat hates you

OH, that's a hoot! Our little tabby cat, Baby, nearly pulled down the Christmas tree this afternoon. She was racing around, and using the tree for a turn-around point, and really had the tree shaking!

Our elderly cat, Maia, went to the vet yesterday for a follup appointment - blood test to see how her kidney disease is progressing, or not. Her blood chemistry has actually improved a little bit. She got her fluid therapy, and we went home. She's doing well, the creatinine levels are not very much above high normal now. Of course, chronic renal failure can't be reversed, but with proper diet and care, she should do well for a while.

Oh, I kinda screwed that post up. That's one thing I hate about the preview feature now. It doesn't show you if the pictures are centerd, at least not if they're regular sized.

I took a long nap this afternoon and had the strangest (and pretty darned creepy too) dream. It was like I was kidnapped and being kept in a house with lots of other people and I had kinda settled into it okay because I had my own room and my own bed, but the next thing I knew, somebody took my bed away and put another bed in the room and suddenly I was sharing a room with the crazy parents of the person whose house it was (and I had thought the person was friend). I didn't even get a say in what I could wear. Then I found out that my "friend" had canceled my lease in my own place and done something with all ny belongings and wouldn't even let me have a phone book to try and find my landlord. And I had to share a community shower and was given skimpy things to wear. I felt like I had died gone to Nully hell. I was glad to wake up!
