I can't let you in on why men go hunting, cause that is a sworn male secret, passed on from father to son for millions of years, or at least since playing cards and whiskey were invented, but this might give you some hints into the male psyche, although most of us will deny having anything as wussie sounding as a psyche.

THERE are too damn many of them, and many of them are not much damn good. It really is uncomfortably like the House of Windsor, in other words.Great article...good for Hitch.

LOL.. oh we got a lot happier. Ernie, the guy on the left was having a ball.. but you'd never know it by his face.. ever.. ;)
He looooooooooved the waitresses and the band.. Well.. we all did..
We were at Pincers in Fort Meyers. It's right on the river.. We can get there by boat.

Have you ever sold any of your pics on e-bay? If not, you really should look at their photographic section under Arts.

My sister packed her husband's clothes for a three day fishing trip with his buddies. When he got home, he chewed her out for not packing his underwear.
She told him she did pack his underwear...in his tackle box.

Well the Plummer came and it would only cost $500 to pull the toilet off and snake the drain .. but that it would be better to also replace the toilet with a new one .. It would only be a few hundred more dollars
I looked at him and said I could do that for a hell of a lot less
Groan .. looks like I'll be heading to Home Depo this afternoon
I think I can figure out how to take it off
Anyone have any hints on how to put a toilet back on??

LOL .. No I haven't and I'm afraid to ask
Well I just called another plumber to ask how much it would cost .. they won't give me an approximate cost amount over the phone ..
I asked why not .. their response was, because we don't
My response to that .. I don't have time to sit around and play games waiting for someone to show up
Her response .. we don't play games
I HATE PLUMBERS ... grrrr

Our maintenance people use a water blaster that attaches to the end of a garden hose and power pulses out the stoppage. Maybe I'll look for one of them at Home Depo
I can't believe they wanted to charge $500 for this .. UNBELIEVABLE

OMG, Mo. Good luck in your endeavors. Good luck with the cooking thingie, too. LOL. Remember the year Darlin' tried her best to help me make pralines? Groan. I do believe Bess came as close to quiting me, that time, than ever before or since. She was so mad at me becuase of the mess I made. Whew. I'm so glad I don't have to repeat that.
When I get up the energy, I'll post Bessie's receipe she wanted Grannie to have. Just haven't been up to it, yet.

Uh-huh, yeah well, I suspect it all has to do with that bottle of whiskey, more than any other one thing. I promise you, if that bunch has ever killed any kind of an animal, I don't know it. They went to Del Rio, Texas last week, hunting. This week it's South Dakota, plus it was South Dakota one time before the Del Rio trip. Hey, it keeps them busy and not botherin' me, so it's all good. :)
