Wow! those are two different trees and that SUV seems to be the same one in the photo.

Maybe not!

Sad to see them fall like that one look leaf less the other is full of leaves.

BTW the "Cat in the Hat" I hear was a children movie and now called the Bad Cat I guess like Bad Santa!

Hi, Westy and all the kiddies around here.

Been a busy couple of days..Had to take the New Toyota ( it's my 4th..my first was a 2 cylinder air cooled engine..Publica which I had when I was stationed in Okinawa) to the dealer so the leather could be installed. Wish I could wrangle a sun/moonroof....but if it not factory installed I don't know if that would cause problems. I have had sunroofs in 3 cars and Love them....

Ozzie goes to LA next week to pick up Lori..girl #3. She is coming for a few days..kids and hubby can't make it..If the Great One thinks he is taking the new van to that mad house...nope..not gonna let him....I have to stay home to take care of kitty cats.

Speaking of kitty cats..Little Missie is hanging on. She eats and sleeps a lot. She probably would anyway at 17.5 years old. She sleeps with me at night..really snuggles close. Taco tries to get into the act too and it ends up with 2 cats trying to sit on my head. It doesn't work very well. The sleep I and I am beat.

Got the Christmas packages in the mail today and all the cards are gone too. Got to get the decorations out. Started that today. We have not had a tree in 13 years..just one of those table top things..so we have to get out our artificial tree and see if it still has branches...I have my doubts...

I think all of your prayers and good wishes are keeping Missie going strong...she is thinish and that is I think because the thyroid is out of order and the medicine should be adjusted. It wasn't and they don't think it should..but she gets her dose twice a day..

I have not had a chance to read all the news on the thread so will have to dash off to do that just to see who is around and what you have been up to while I have been away....

Wow, westy. I had not heard about the bad weather there. I guess I need to call my sisters. One lives in the middle of a forest on a lakeshore in Olympia, the other on the way to Stevens Pass. Was this a sudden windstorm without warning? I remember such storms happening a few times when I lived there... turkeys don't cook well when the power is off and you have an electric oven. Found that out one stormy Thanksgiving.

Nope, there was warning...Think it was a little stronger than was predicted though....The damage was quite spotty..My place escaped unscathed, but the power was off at the grocery store this afternoon, just emergency power, so no perishables available...The drive to the Doc was a pain, no traffic lights working.....

They make a big deal here in NYC about weather even to the point of prempting programs!

But I must say not a word was mention if Westy did not tell us I don't think we would not have known.
