4 of those blue thingies (not as big as that one), but I behaved myself. We had a nice time anyway though.

Aaaahh.
Why does that sound like my coffee recirculated and left sitting for a few hours to 'condense down'?

You behaved yourself?
And you didn't do anything that I'd do?
We have a SAINT onboard!!
We've found the chosen one!
Where'd we leave that darn portal open at again?

The difference is between good cooks and lazy men, methinks. LOL
To: Conservababe
Well..
*chuckle*
I don't cook anymore, and to get my coffee to where I personally likeit, I have to let it sit for awhile.
The darn coffee pot's filter isn't large enough to hold that much coffee grounds.
The ancient 1970's percolator we have does hold enough, but it's handle is broke.
So I can't use it.

Well, I wouldn't go THAT far, but one of them is a married man and the other is young enough to be my kid, so my options were limited. Hehe.... we had a nice time talking though. When FReepers get together, everybody has a lot to say, so there's never a dull moment.

Well.. for a second there I was hoping to have an excuse to use the portal.
Okay, sis, portal location is unimportant for now.
So it stays secret for now.

I had lunch with Mr Right today, and it occurred to me that he looks a lot like Fess Parker, so I told him so - he didn't know who he was. Never had heard it before. I told him he was Davy Crockett and Daniel Boone, and he still didn't know Fess Parker. He's not that much younger than I, I didn't think.... (6 years) anyway, I watched reruns of those shows when I was a kid, and I had a big crush on Daniel Boone, so it's a good thing. But I just looked up some Fess Parker photos on the internet - and the resemblance really isn't there ... What was I thinking? http://www.celebhost.net/fessparker/boone.html

Can we trust, or hope to love, anyone who does not know Fess Parker! for crying out loud?
Goodness, gracious, guy.

How true. Seems "they" can declare a festival on just about anything. Yes, we live in rather "interesting" days.!!I can hardly find a day that I don't find something to be "irritated" with.

Hi backatchya Libby. That big blue thingy looks pretty good. BTW What makes it blue??? (is that a stoopid question? surely the answer is not food coloring!).
To: ValerieUSA
Probably more of an internal thing...something of the essence. It happens.
I just got done watching A&E's special on Ronald Reagan. Very good, but sad too.
Well, I guess I should go to bed. Don't want to keep anybody awake with my typing. I'll check in tomorrow. Besides, I want to try out my new down comforter.
