For those of you who may not be aware, the FReeper in question on this thread is MrLeroy. He was a friend to many FReepers for a number of years and was always known as a voice of reason on threads, regardless of how out of control others flame-wars went. If you feel otherwise, please POLITELY request to the management that MrLeroy be re-instated. Thanks for your help.

I don't see anything in the recent posts that seems out of line. I've had my differences with him in the past over his tendency to waste bandwidth by "feeding the trolls", but AFAIK that's not a posting violation.

After reading MrLeRoy's posts, I cannot see a reason he was banned. Please allow him to have his posting priviledges back.

He always kept his calm when others were going crazy in the War on some Drugs threads. I'm not sure what the infraction was, but after perusing his posts on FR, it would have to have been an isolated incident.

Count me among those who are curious as to why Mr. LeRoy was banned. I certainly did not read all of his posts, but I found those that I did read to be thoughtful, well-reasoned and consistent with FR rules and general overall message board etiquette.

I respectfully request that Mr. LeRoy be reinstated. Thank you for your consideration....

To give LeRoy credit, he was always more civil to me than I was to him. He was a polite enough poster. He was not a complainer. He should just broaden his horizons beyond the WOD. It's ridiculous to make the WOD your main political thrust.

Mr LeRoy's posts have provided a valuable information source for discussing a very important problem in today's society. I can't see anything abusive about any of his post's. I respectfully request that Mr Leroy be reinstated.

thank God he was finally banned.

I have replied correcting Mr. Leroy for his excessive hateful speech. And that is saying a lot, since a lot of excessive speech is post on FR

But Mr. Leroy has gone over the line and I've complained about him several times.
