For those of you who may not be aware, the FReeper in question on this thread is MrLeroy. He was a friend to many FReepers for a number of years and was always known as a voice of reason on threads, regardless of how out of control others flame-wars went. You can view his most recent posts at http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/site/user-posts?name=mrleroy and judge for yourself if there is anything remotely objectionable there.

If you feel otherwise, please POLITELY request to the management that MrLeroy be re-instated. Thanks for your help.

As far as I know, Mr. LeRoy did nothing to get himself banned, nor---also as far as I know---has a Moderator yet put the reason he got banned anywhere in print. Mr. LeRoy was very anti-W.o.D., but he was always well-reasoned and rational about it. He seldom, if ever, attacked anyone personally to the point of flaming. He was also one of the best anti-W.o.D. posters on Free Republic; as good as Roscoe is on the pro-W.o.D. side.

This is not our site, this is not our site, this is not our site. Jim Robinson et al can ban whomever he/they want for whatever reason and, as far as I know, don't owe anyone an explanation.

MrLeRoy was passionate about a topic that most conservatives seem to be very uncomfortable with and, many times, are unable to discuss rationally. Maybe he went off the deep end and threatened someones life and limb??? Who knows... I'm sure I'll never know so I can't in good conscious ask for his return.

I do know I'm playing more Slingo and doing more housework!

I can think of 2 things that will get a Freeper banned.

1) Bashing George W Bush like a DU troll.

2) Bashing FR on another Internet Chat Forum.

I hear over at red top mtn DNR is going to bring in "sharpshooters" to slay bambi and her offspring which was created by the DNR. Course, that is another thread for another time. Meanwhile, bots are on red alert with orders to fire at will. It's sorta like when the watch commander demands some body bags...then it becomes a game who tags the most and who tags the most infamous having the biggest rack.
