Guy was squidly to say the least. Keeps weaving back and forth over the white stripe. Not at all surprised what happened when he hit the tarred section of road.

Supposedly here at work they are going to be changing service providers and that's going make it better because of a "higher throughput guarantee".

I live off a road lots like the one in the video. The squidlies pull the same sort stunts. There is one particular S-turn near the bottom that gets them. I was riding up, just past that turn, when a 900RR rider, full over with knee down came the other way. He crashed on the following turn and his scoot shot across the road. If I'd been 3 seconds slower, or he 3 seconds faster his bike would have T-boned me.
