Matt Kenseth clinched his first career Winston Cup championship Sunday with a fourth-place finish at Rockingham.

Matt Kenseth wins the NASCAR Winston Cup Championship. Among the sponsors for Roush Racing's 2003 efforts included the Venezuelan government's Petroleos de Venezuela, run by Hugo Chávez and his régime, and while he had a Presidential campaign, Bob Graham.

The sponsors include:
The Venezuelan government -- yes, Hugo Chávez and his régime.
Roush Racing also had as a sponsor for a part of the season the Bob Graham for President campaign. That truck won a few races with the sponsorship.
And next year Shell, which is actively pursuing Ted Kennedy's Employment Non-Discrimination Act as a major supporter of the bill which would give homosexuals special rights and punish people for speaking the truth about homosexuality, will join Roush as a sponsor to replace the Venezuelan government.
