My Dragon Fly and Me
If I could be a Dragon Fly and wing my way through the sky I would never be shy just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind chase the comets tail for fun by day we would hide from the sun our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use fireflies as our guide we would dip and we would glide through the heavens open wide and scatter diamonds in the night sky my Dragon Fly and I...
And we would wing past our lovers silent in the night... to kiss their face in our flight much to their surprise and delight my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share away up here in the air of breezes soft through our hair my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

WOULD IT BE DIFFERENT IF IT WERE AT YOUR DOOR?
MAYBE THEN YOU WOULD SEE THE LIGHT,
Great poetry. The problem with it being at their door is they'd have to fight with kitchen utensils. Clueless to the realities of this world.
Thanks for the tunes too!

Not a problem usually, doesn't happen that often, but once in awhile it happens.
And yes, what a way to inspire something.

The genesis of this story is Kentothe.
South Graknia is a next door neighbor.
Well, North & South Graknia are actually
east & west from eachother. But they're
both south of Kentothe somewhere.
They keep getting magazines from us.
It's a portal glitch.
The Tyrant of South Graknia
By Darkchylde
He was sitting in the corner, drooling
on the pages of a discarded "earth
creature magazine". Those lower beings
who resembled us were always giving us
their "magazines" as they were called....
He was deeply enthralled by the curves of
the licentious "Britney Spears" when the
captain of the guard interrupted his party
of one. He immediately leapt to his feet &
began shouting obscenities about the evil
"earth creatures" & their vile "magazines".
The captain of the guard stood still. "Did
you see anything?!" he asked his officer in
a paranoid, frenzied fashion. "No, sir! I
didn't see you looking at that Spears girl
again!"
He eyed his officer suspiciously for a few
tense minutes, then satisfied by the belief
his secret was secure, (the captain would say
nothing lest he face losing his job, or worse)
he asked for the latest news of the troops.
"They could fare better sir" was the captain's
cautious reply.
"Oh, how so?" asked his lordship. "well, sir..."
the captain was rather hesitant to present the
request of his soldiers. "Yes, captain?!" his
lordship was never a very patient man & the
captain hesitant attitude erked him, even gave
him an uneasy feeling. "Well, sir, actually the
men were wanting to borrow a few of your
"magazines". You know, for morale" the captain
instantly regretted mentioning those magazines
again. He was disintegrated by his lordship
before he could even scream.
His lordship (you could never call him anything
else) opened the door & allowed the maid entry
to clean up the ashes of the fallen captain.
He left her to her job & went in search of a new
soldier to promote. He would have a new captain if
he had to drag a recruit from the bushes he was
hiding in...
(side note)
If you ever find yourself saying
"my satellite TV is out!"
Some creep down that weirdo
dimension just stole it. Twas
a greemuul.What is a greemuul?
Well, it's green, resembles golem
& suffers from kleptomania. Has
googly yellow eyes, no visible
pupil, since the eye is all one
color. It's related to muul men,
but is less human & more muul. Muul
is pronounced mole, more or less.

You're welcome to post your work here any time.
I would say your piece is some thing like a Science Fi I saw called (I think) The Gate. It was far out and I loved it. Time warps and all that. Love that stuff.

No, no attic. I've been working
on some new friendships, writing
a bit of poetry... sitting around.
